As a campus academic mentor, I was tasked with teaching a freshman-level engineering course where I would be responsible for helping freshman engineers transition to life as a full-time engineering student at a top tier school. I was not only responsible for creating the curriculum for my course, but also all projects, insight, and materials for each class.

Teaching at the age of 20 taught me a lot, not only about myself but also about how to run a team. Having to create a cohesive lesson plan to give 3 times a week for 14 weeks taught me more than I could have ever imagined.
